First of all I wanted to thanks to all comment on my previous journal, after read? I thought I would choose new job but when I talked to my colleagues today about new job offer. They do not agree with me to change my job that makes me think twice.

My current job?s duty is a few things to do in each day which is easy to me, but new job offer is so various things. This is challenging and the company seems a fast growing one (just my thought). At the same time my current company?s business is quite slow and unpredictable.

Comparison new job to current job.

Descriptions Current Job New Job (PA)

Earning /Month a bit higher to new job a bit lower to current job

Responsibilities less task??? various tasks to do?

Annual leave 30 days / years 6 days / years

Working day 5 exact days working/week must work odd hours & on day off sometimes

Colleagues said my current job is even better pay and work is not that stress & pressure compares to new job, which high responsibities & tasks and high pressure. This (current) job is already perfect and good earning, and thinking of changing job with lower pay is unwise.....

Anyway, I have second interview (final ) tomorrow at 10.00AM and I need to know what & how the majority would think, if you are in my shoes. Please..... I beg you?. ( i take a lot of sleeping pills since the day i got job offered by accident coz i've no plan to change job these days not untill 2010)

Thanks alot,

Ms. Freaky !!

(the dark blue dress in my profile) and he said "work with him forever"!!

To me it sounds as if your current company is more stable than the new one which sounds to me more like a hotshot thing. Hotshots come and go easy. Is the new company serious and already established here or at least somewhere else? Do they have a decent office or is the interview held at starbucks? How many employees do they have here or elsewhere? 1-5? 50 or more? Generally still some question marks. However I would recommend going the conservative route, so you don't risk being without a job in a half year.

From what you have stated here, I cant see you have any gain by changing jobs

More money at the new job, but not much more

However the boss is a lot more demanding

Requirement to work longer hours and weekends etc.

I cant see you gaining new skills or improving yourself by acception the new position.

At a guess I would say the new boss would be exploiting you.

Stay where you are !!!

Soda I want to say ... err... If you can earn 10 bahts more and make you lose your life you should not take it

If you take that job will you get a good boss who like you and trust you? will you learn alot from your new job?

Do you see a way to make you get sucess in your new career?

What about ppl at work?

Go with what you love to do...money ain't all that.

Are you having fun?

Do you enjoy more than 80% of your time (not including sleep)?

Do you wake up and want to get out of bed more than half of the time?

If you say yes to 2 out of 3 questions in your current position, stay there!

If not, move on...take a risk, it's worth it.

Soda girl.....Logic would indicate that you are better off staying where you are. Your current boss is a known quantity. If your new boss really was a fair guy, he would be willing to pay more for a more demanding person. Stay where you are and ask your current boss for more responsibility or to learn new skills. Or, just be happy to have a job that you have mastered and is not too stressful, and spend your leisure time enjoying your music and your social life.

That is the logic. Now as far as following your heart, you have to decide what is in your heart.

Make your best decision at the time and enjoy your life. People change their minds. We never know the future and we all have our successes and our mistakes.
