Do it on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. petey Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 You are already doing a good job of exercise. You are doing a nice walk 3 days a week and you are using stairs instead of the elevator. Like BigKus suggested, now it's time to head to the gym. Try to find an exercise that appeals to YOU. Not one that everybody is doing and saying it is the greatest workout ever. I think the key to consistently working out is having fun doing it. Maybe you can ask Grezzzy to join in some kind of exercise programme as well, as she tells me she wants to, but time is always a problem. Chatty Posted July 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 Actually, I went to my company staff fitness and got my personal trainer kidding we work for the division... and he take care of staff fitness... so when he saw me there... he took care me like a VIP. lol He said I need to jog... 40 mins or bike 40 mins to burn fat... and dumbbell... and etc. He invited me to join yoka class Thurs evening... well I don't know, I went to yoka class at california fitness only one time and it was beginner class... almost die... too hard for me. pinkcandygirl Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 From my previous job i gained a lot of weight because it was complete 10 hour sitting job..with Mcdonald's in front of my company office ..i daily used to eat atleast one burger (my mistake i know)cuz more work made me more hungry. i used to be so busy in the work for straight 2 months that i didn't pay attention to myself resulting in gaining lot of weight ie. 8kgs Now i have left the job but sitting at home is making me more fat cuz my exams coming up i can't join gym or go to swimming .. and the biggest disadvantage is there are very few of my clothes that are fitting me properly..and everyone who sees me that is my friend or co workers... says only one thing ' OMG YOU HAVE TURNED SO FAT .U WERE SO PERFECT BEFORE BLAH BLAH...' its like i am losing my energy day by day of going to gym ..kind of going under depression :cry: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is a cool, DVD instructor exercise, where u can use, chair, table, or floor and any counter corner doing ur daily exercise at home. Also plus fun/happy cool music theme.
