It is very obvious that Absolute 7 bar (a bar which I absolutely don't dislike because they have good live musc) is haveing a certain power over where events are organised. I think that a sponsor should be a sponsor. Supporting what TF is about, not controlling it. Right now it is downward controlling it, and the moderators go along with it out of fear of losing this sponsor. With this they abollish the souvereinity of TF and actually sell out TF over the backs of all TF members. This is what I am aggitating against. Thailand is one of the most social countries in the world. I am still surprised that out of 50.000 + members we never see more then 250 members online. 3 years ago with 20.000 members it was also 250 online. This lack of commitment is in my opinion caused by the lack of freedom given to TF members. Once again: I do like Absolute 7 bar. I had some great evenings with live music there. I just don't think that they should have such influence that moderators ban events from other places. When was the last time an event was held in Absolute bar and looking at the upcoming events list errrrrrrr when is the next one?? Reason for this was the venue where this event was organised. It has been deleted without informing the person who organised the event, and without informing the people who already signed up there. How I see it, is a few sneaky birds and a few corrupt guys want to get business to certain bars for profit rather than making a fun event. If this is so then you should be f**ked off the site for being a greedy bugger. As a few other people have said, TF is NOT a public site its a PRIVATE site here to make money, its NOT here to get you *****, its not here to get you cock, and its definitely NOT here to get you RICHER! If all TF events were only allowed to be at Absolute AIDS then I'd shout for a few days, but would not really give a **** as I'd shout about anything to be honest.
