Rule ??????

I think when we are together, we can be influenced or your partner may inspires you to be a better person but talking about RULE -RULE..as in what you gotta do..where you gotta go..how many wieght you gotta put on ?

I survived in my 7 yrs relationship because of freedom ( and he left because of freedom..i chose not to get married)

Being together doesn't mean that your life has to be according to what your partner wants!

Or else its not free will !!

Hell no!!

and maybe that's why my relationship has never been longer than 2 years...

I'm too much about me, well, it's not nice to say but at least I'm honest...

as I always say.. being with someone doesnt mean that you have to change or expect the other to change for you.. it means that you have to accept the imperfect parts of your partner...

I'm still working out on that issue though :P...

xoxo

Will you let your boyfriend/girlfriend rule your life?

If your in that situation, it's not a good thing...

Should not be anything like that in a good relationship

My relationship is fine. It's something I have seen lately and happened with ppl around me.

It's hard to make it work as everybody has demanding for something from their partner. For me, I'm trying to not expect much. I've learned and better to take it easy.

Disagree. I think the framework of relationship - understanding what isn't acceptable, ie 'the rules' - are a fundamental part of any long and happy relationship. A mature one at least.

A relationship shouldn?t be about someone rules someone's life. It should be about cherishing, supporting each other and knowing how to fight fair. If the relationship you have makes you feel that your partner rules your life that isn?t healthy and isn?t a good sign.

Agree with you.
