I haven't had much to say about football for a couple of weeks... but what a great weekend to be a United fan!

Good to see Rooney up and playing, even if not at full power yet.

And great to see Scholes scoring such a vital goal in such dramatic fashion... isn't this what football is all about? 45 seconds from the final whistle feeling despondent, believing Chelsea were about to stretch their lead to an unsurmountable 6 points, and then... out of a mad scramble comes Scholesy... head and shoulders above the pack, nodding in a superb goal and sending me into a ridiculous dance in the middle of Pickled Liver, while my City buddy collapses into his beer, wishing he hadn't spent the previous 2 weeks sending me messages of doom and premature gloating.

And then over at Bully's watching Chelsea drop 3 points in dismal fashion, bringing the premiership within reach again... what a weekend!

(I still think Chelsea will win their next three games though... I'm cheering on Liverpool!)

  • 3 weeks later...
Gooners going to be 4th then?

Anyone placing bets on that?

**** off

but anyway, has to be the most exciting climax to the league for a while Would have been nice if it was a 3 way contest, but Arsenal still lagging behind...

Can honestly say good luck to both teams, mainly because I hate both with equal fervour...

Oh, and in case I didn't mention my thoughts before....Mourinho for the Emirates!!

There's only one Chelsea goal that mattered this season... that cheating, diving, scheming bastard Drogba's offside-by-a-yard but enough to take the whole Premiership away from the rightful owners goal against United...

I hate that f*cker... really hate.

ahhh I remember that game, the same game the opposition got an equally if not more questionable goal.....?

Are you joking? Even Chelsea fans couldn't believe they got away with it!

BBC

...scored from a clearly offside position...
...which may have had a hint of handball...

Of course, BBC are well-known for their pro-Man U stance...

yeah they lost because of *one* goal, and dropping points to such powerhouses as Burnley, Birmingham and Blackburn had *nothing* to do with it

"rightful owners" also got owned by Villa :lol:

... and do bear in mind that had united not sold the cheatingest, schemingest, divingest bastard in all of football to Real Madrid, you night have been stealing the trophy rather than moaning about Drogba stealing it

moan on, though... i'm sure everyone knows the trophy *really* belongs to united :lol:

errrm how many points did we lose by?

1...

And how many did Drogba steal that night?

Effectively 6...

We played the start of this season with no defenders... and we finished with no striker. And STILL we got robbed by the Ivory Coast sneak thief but finished second...

As that fucker went towards the goal, I didn't sweat it... I KNEW it was offside.

Everyone did.

I was in Pickled Liver and even Chelsea fans looked amazed there was no flag...

And I said, "That goal just cost us the Premiership..."

I don't feel any better for being right.

And where the hell were Liverpool? Man City? Arsenal? All those big name teams who were touted as possible winners? Still not even close to Man U reserve team and Cheating Chelsea Scumbags...

if i was drinking something right now i'd choke on it.

and um... had *your* scumbags managed to get it right? where would they be?

hint: not where they are now. case closed. you lose. table reflects it. your lot had destiny in one hand, and their (tiny, shrivelled) ***** in their other hands, and they chose to choke the rooster once too often.

and errrrrrrr how many EASY chances did your lot have to get *more* than one point? errrrrr how many times did Chelski TRY to hand it all to your lot? yeah the one goal made a difference but only because your boys spread their ass cheeks, all puckery and ****-covered, and said "hey sailor" slightly more often than the rent boys.

Man City? Liverpool? Arsenal??? really??? everyone including chelski did everything they coudl to hand you the title including most refs and your boys STILL spread their ass cheeks like prison wives.

blame the ref? that's why everyone who's not an Untied fan thinks being a whiny douche is a prerequisite to supporting United. man up and take the blame your boys had their chances, they'd rather take cock.

well done in the champs league too btw. i'm sure that was the ref's fault also because of this vast, global anti-rag conspiracy. blame the reptoids.

last hint: you lot should save your last shred of dignity and not convulse in public after the inevitable; once you give away your last shred of dignity you won't be getting it back

The inevitable?

Inevitable?

It came down to one match, one point.... and one offside goal.

Man U is STILL the most successful club. You can ***** and whine all you like. You can gloat now... but the fact is, they've won more than everyone else... ever.

It's the same with all you Non-United supporters... pure jealousy. Your teams have been beaten by Ferguson, time and time again, and you hate it. So you get your jollies when he doesn't win and you rub hands with glee and say, "This is it... that's it... he's going to quit."

But he doesn't... he keeps on going and Utd keep on beating you.

With half a squad we still came in 2nd by one point... shame really because that would have been 4 consecutive wins.... I mean we've had 3 consecutive wins before... and a couple of doubles... during the 11 premiership's they've won...

So, well done Chelsea on your 4th win.... do it 7 more times and you'll be level.

Our last shred of dignity? We keep it next to our packed trophy cabinet...

Fergie really does whine on and on about the refs and that seems to have infected the thinking of many Man Scum supporters. Even more so when playing at home where he basically spits the dummy every time a decision goes sgainst Man Scum.

We both agreed that that offside goad was cancelled out by the handball goal a few minutes later by Macheda... see you tube above

Even Alan Hanson agreed, and if he agrees then... well its over.

I don't trust Alan Hanson (until he says something pro UTD).... I bet he's PAD... or UDD... or something.

And I'm not clicking the ******* link, so stop talking about it!

so? people don't hate United because they win. Barca win fairly often and the only people i've met who hate Barca are fans of Franco's fascist club.

the fact is, when your lot come in moaning about getting cheated out of a trophy you come off like a bunch of spoiled brats. UNITED SUPPORTERS ARE THE REASON WHY PEOPLE HATE UNITED. for many people (me for example) the ONLY reason.

It's the same with all you Non-United supporters... pure jealousy.
no really, it's because the times when you for some reason or another actually fail to win a trophy so many of you moan like schoolgirls about how you were screwed out of a trophy that "rightfully" belongs to your club. seriously. no matter how many trophies your club wins, people will still laugh at united supporters because they'll be bleating like babies when mommy won't whip her *** out in the Prada store if things don't go *exactly* their way.

bottom line is i can't recall you lot missing out on a trophy without dozens of you insisting the team that actually won don't deserve it.

Your teams have been beaten by Ferguson, time and time again, and you hate it. So you get your jollies when he doesn't win and you rub hands with glee and say, "This is it... that's it... he's going to quit."

no actually i get my jollies when you lot throw your toys out of the pram. i'm glad United and its supporters exist. i have someone to laugh at, and i am unprincipled enough and spoiled enough that without United fans these opportunities would be extremely rare. and yeah, i laugh at you lot when you're winning because so many of you act like spoiled brats then, too.

if your boys had finished with three less points than last season they'd have won their fourth consecutive. but hey, it's easier to blame the ref than dropping points at burnley, blackburn, villa, etc...

enjoy the trophy cabinet. you sold your soul for it, hope it's worth it.
