I tried that, but, LG insisted in carrying this out publicly. I'm sure he'll deny that he did that as well. lol At any rate, LG, I sent that PM while I was registered as Jaya. Account gone. PM gone. I'm sure that if you want to see it and ask politely enough that Rob or Bobby can provide a copy. When I was a Mod on a sports forum, we kept copies of all PM of that nature that were sent to us. The only way for this argument to be settled is for one of those folks to bother themselves with out petty argument. Not sure if either of them are interested. Aside from that, you never produced proof of you imaginary friends who "told me in no uncertain terms where to go." Produce these women. And I'm not talking about PiAnt's alter egos either. This thread is hardly pulling the posts and both JD and I have previously enagaged in a substantial debate about the merits of the thread subject. During that debate, I raised some observations about JD's conduct on the site. e responded by calling me a liar - not for the first time I might add. He made specific reference to a post which he alleges was made and that he feels aggrieved by. I thus requested that he post/link the post with the alleged terms and thus provide proof. He had failed to do so and again has called me a liar numerous times. I have explicity not sought to raise it with mods and only asked for public proof to support his unsubstantiated claim. Now Nicky, I remember how angry you became last year when you discovered that someone, Cherie in this case, had used one of your photos without your permission. I remember being somewhat surprised as you used a common swear word (the one Ciaran uses) and the word ***** - if I recollect correctly. It indicated to me that you take great pride in your photography, as you should, as that you felt disrespected & upset that Cherie had used it without asking or attributing it to you. Once Cherie publically acknowledged her mistake it was settled promptly. So I imagine that if someone called you a liar - and not in friendly jest- that you would be fairly upset? Now imagine if they called you that numerous times. But maybe it would not concern you, as I don't know you so I cannot say. For me, I let it slide the first 5 times. However, after numerous more times there comes a certain point where someone should be accountable for their conduct and what they say. That person should have to substantiate their allegation don't you think? There is a medium degree of banter and name calling on TF and we all accept that but there comes a point where one should also be accountability for ones conduct. The past has shwon this to be the case. And I have the right of reply. JD has in the past changed his member name to target other members (though he denies this), he has asked for mods to card the same members (again denied save for moi), he has clearly started threads in a cyncical manner using provocative wording with the patent aim of having a spat with other members, he has even sent a message to Admin using the word defamation when he wants us to believe he doesn't take TF seriously. I think we all accept that this is JDs nature on this site. I have done none of these things. I am not whining to the Admin/mods seeking their intervention or to ban JD. I have used my right of reply and requested that JD provide his proof. He has said that I have used the particular term numerous times and it caused him to be very upset do proof should be easy to find. I have even offered to profusely apologise and be subject to sanction, banned from TF, should that proof be provided. I don't think one can be more fairer than that? Yesterday, JD says he had sent the alleged post(s) to Admin and a mod giving the impression that it was a recent event. I have asked him to take a minute to post it here. But he also said that he cannot find the post which was confusing and ambiguous. Now he says he does not exist as nit was under his old Jaya name which is now deleted. I find this interesting as he has alleged that I made numerous posts using the same alleged term. I have not deleted ever any post, so at least one should be able to be found? This is the first time an execution by lethal injection in the United States has failed and then been rescheduled, according to Richard C. Dieter, executive director of the Death Penalty Information Center, in Washington. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/17/us/17ohio.html?ref=us Though lethal injection is considered by many a layperson to be the most humane method of execution, hence the change from firing squad in Thailand earlier this decade, I do recollect reading a report that many executions are conducted by non-medical personnel in the US leading to many problems with incorrect dosages and mistakes in the execution which have on occasion led to the subject not being executed but paralysed or pu tinto a coma type state for a period of time. Last year there was a suspension of lethal injection in some US states as trained medical personnel refused to conduct the executions, other states used untrained staff to administer the injections. There was also a unsuccessful case against lethal injection on these very grounds in the Supreme Court in the last year or two - I cannot remember the actual case but maybe it was from Louisiana? I stated that I had sent a PM to the admin/mods. I gave no time frame at all. And I requested that this matter be settled via PMs. Saying that a woman told me "where to go" in no uncertain terms implies that I was harassing said woman. I have harassed no woman here and no woman has had to tell me where to go. You admitted to saying that. That statement was a lie. When you repeated that in various forms over the course of a couple of months and different conversations, I felt that you were accusing me of stalking women. Why else would they tell me "where to go in no uncertain terms." Again, you admitted to saying this. That is defamation of character. You were intimating that I was some desperate person who had to harass women to get their attentions or some such wretched thing as that. Was that statement meant as a compliment. I think not. It was a lie. If that is calling you a liar, then so be it. Those were your actions. Not mine. Here, I'll launch an official complaint or I'll PM the Admin if you want. LG admitted to lying about me on these forums. He made a statement that was clearly meant to impugn my character. Please resolve this matter for everyones sake so that LG will cease his whining. If there is a PM, please post it publicly if it was not deleted. Does that satisfy you LG. I don't take the arguments on here seriously. Members of this site have sat in my hotel room as I laughed and posted during these "serious" political debates. As well, I have laughed at the posts in PMs with members of this site as I posted on this site as well. On the other hand, when someone clearly lies about me in a public manner such as this and I am about to meet folks or know the folks, then I take umbrage with the flagrant lie that was posted about me. And, again, it was a lie. No woman has ever come forth to support the LG statement. No evidence of said event was ever proffered by LG to support his claim. Merely the repeated use of lie. In the end, all of this mess started because you, lakegeneve, made the repeated false allegations that I had harassed women so much on TF that they felt to need to tell me "where to go in no uncertain terms." Harassed or stalked. Cyber stalking is harassment. There are not many other ways to harass a woman on line than to stalk her by sending her unwanted messages and following her around online.
