when i take my laptop out for a stroll I use one of those wire cables with a lock so it can be 'tied down'. They cost about 250 Baht.

I had to be away in the jungle for a week or two...instead of locking it or hiding it somewhere..i just left my laptop there...covered it with a pile of undies and bras.....pretty much you can steal the idea for the next one..male undies arent that tempting anyhow..
