The right word to say.....
I love kiwi ppl because they are kind, conservative and calm. I have met 5 kiwis before these include of Mr. Kiwi & Neo. Thing that these ppl have in common is they are polite & calm and likely stable mind, and of course, each of these ppl has their own uniqueness, like and goal.
I used to talk to the founder that I have job interview with in late last year but after 3-4 job interview he seem not so sure that he thought of me as his PA or GF. Since then I avoid meeting him by not answer his call, no reply to emails and go down to have lunch earlier than other ppl do before midday. His office is in 19 Floor and mine is 10th floor.
Yesterday at 11.20 AM while I walking to the canteen I met him by accidentally and I shocked, this is my nightmare. I greet him by say hi and asking how are you. He said he is great, he went to surfing, sailing, sightseeing in his beautiful (Auckland) city with his kids during Christmas. He was rubbing & stroking my shoulder and my back while he keeps saying “you look good, I like your dress†in such the public area, which crowded ppl passing back & fort, I thought, the Kiwi is conservative, and what is he doing now?
Am I too attractive? Or he is too excited to see me? Or what else I could think of…?
He asks if he could have lunch with me so that we can make a plan together to go to Koh Samed. When I heard that I almost ask him “since when we are bf/gf? Is it the first time that I have job interview with you?
Is he wanted to impress me by saying so? Or Am I just a piece of meat?
Oh he has kiwi trait but the way he approach / attack me is abit scary. Maybe his successful in businesses makes him be a proud man with powerful that he can get anything he wants. Or is this just his purely desire to get any girl? I have no idea…
In this morning he text me†Hi Soda, Good morning- so cool to see you again, lunch today? Shall we meet out front the building at…? Cheers…
While he text me I was cooking for my friends at work (a big lunch for 8 persons) and when I read the text, I was thinking what should I reply? I decided to reply saying “Hi Mr…I’m so sorry I can’t make it today because I have an appointment with the dentist, maybe some other timeâ€
As far as I still working here I’m sure I would meet him any time of any day so I don’t want to be rude to him or over acting and drama action, just incase I lost my job I probably go to him ask if he has any job vacancy for me.
So what is the proper word to say to him to tell him that I’m not interested in him in the horizontal way but would love to be friend in vertical way instead? He never asks me if I have bf or say anything that make me say I already have a bf.
Remember we work at the same building… I don’t know western culture…
What is the right word to say without hurting your feeling and you still feel good to me if you were him.
