I just went out to scrape the snow and ice off of my car, as I need to use it early tomorrow morning. The temperature is reading -3 degrees Centigrade, and that's in central London.

Last night in Braemar, Scotland it reached -20, and in Leeming, England the lowest ever recorded in England, -15. ( well that's according to the BBC news.)

Roll on February, when I return to Thailand.

some hot thoughts and a flight booking with Thai Airways usually help to get over the winter crisis..I will be back middle of March as well. 100 days of suffering left. It is minus 10 degrees Celsius here and the oven keeps my bum warm..
