I'm a bit depressed.

Football's gone to ****, I don't really enjoy Songkran and the city is overrun by Reds.

There are a few little things that cheer me up a bit...

I like dark chocolate.

And that song on National Geographic - "I love the mountains, I love the stars at night. Boomdiyada Boomdiyada Boomdiyada Boomdiyada"

I like Family Guy and Simpsons clips on Youtube.

And good mash-ups.

What cheers you up? Maybe I'll like it too...

The best way to lift the blues I find is, if the weathers nice (which it nearly always is where you are) to go and play tennis, squash or run (Ive just started again) or something that gets the blood pumping. At least feeling good about the fact you have done something healthy will make you feel a bit better.

If Im working and I cant get out to do that, then I usually head on over to youtube and watch a video of the Shaytards. Shay always makes me feel a little better about things. He's a great guy with a great family.

Yeah ,it has been depressing for the last few days since the red and goverment battled .

work has been continually problems although there is so much I can do but lacking of motivation now ...

to cheer myself up is stop reading emails during this festival and just go and get wet out there .Turn on aircon and reading some good books will help for night time . Then is to receive phonecalls from a friend letting me know that there is someone out there is caring for my ups and downs..

Don't know how to cheer you up but wish you have all nice messages from friends :)

a great blowjob. (it had to be said)

but in the spirit of the post which means it could be done solo... i would add that every day I exercise in the morning with 30 minutes cardio and some weight (strength) training is a different day to those where I dont. Plus my new apt has the added nicety of the olympic length pool to do the plunge swim after exercise.

exercise releases endorphins(sp?). without some great 'yayow' (coke) it works regularly and a lot cheaper

Weed and a hardcore professionally done blow jobs (as nicely mentioned above) along with a quality E. I swear you will feel pretty good for several hours.

Your thread states "Cheer me up" Naturally these 3 things I mentioned should not be done by me to you, particularly 1 of them (The weed of course before anyone else drops it:)) but I am sure you can find an interested party on your Soi.

Failing that... Prozac.

I'm not adverse to a great blow job (and I CAN do it myself) and we're not talking only about solo activities - I'll listen to any old advice.

Just watched my first Shaytards episode - thanks for that, pretty cool.

I can't be arsed to go out in case they're still throwing water or I accidentally beat a Red Shirt to death.

All the things I recommend can be ordered by phone.

I'm a bit depressed.

Football's gone to sh*t, I don't really enjoy Songkran and the city is overrun by Reds.

There are a few little things that cheer me up a bit...

I like dark chocolate.

And that song on National Geographic - "I love the mountains, I love the stars at night. Boomdiyada Boomdiyada Boomdiyada Boomdiyada"

Bumdiyada song. Good call.

(Actually I hate the world, but that song makes me feel less so.)

I find your honesty thoroughly refreshing.
