Now...for anyone who cares to listen....I'll often admit to something of a debaucherous lifestyle...

But...with that said....It would be stupid and self loathing to live this kind of lifestyle without taking some kind of counter action ....coming home to S.A was a shock to my system as old mates etc...told me I looked like ****....a great deal of this i think in reflection was the bangkok pollution.....but also surely too much boozing etc...

anyway...it scared the crap out of me....so here's what I did/am doing about it .........

morning ...

multi vitamin ...

vitamin b12 supplement (counter effects of stress)

apple cider vinegar supplements (regulate metabulism , detoxify and a great anti oxidant)

rooi bos tea with breakfast(same as apple cider vinegar)

milk thistle supplement (regenerate the liver)

linseed oil ....(general appearance)

and of course...little bit of gym ..moisterising cream and lots of water through-out the day...

now i'm by no means a health freak.....but since i have added these to my diet I generally have got loads of positive feedback.......not only physically o I look better (healthier) ....but I feel much more energetic , alert etc...

anyone else care to share their health tips ? philosophies on the subject ?

Wow it sounds incredible that u did all stuffs which u wrote.

I would like to try apple cider vinegar supplements as well . I 've heard it's good for your health.

Let's see what I do for my health

- drinking a glass of 100% tomato juice everyday ( mixed a bit of orange juice coz it helps the drink tastes better ! (I don't really like tomato juice :x )

- take Vitamins by Blackmore some months. I don't like to take them regularly coz the pill is too big for me  ; ACE vitamins or Vitamin C are good.

- I tried to manage to eat only fruits ( not sweet ones) like guavas, oranges, pineapple and some vegatables for a few days to clean the intestines. No rice, meat and desserts!

- alot of creams for my beauty lol

Try wheatgrass juice on a daily basis - available from every juice bar (too much hassle to grow and juice your own).

http://www.growwheatgrass.com/aboutwheatgrass.html

Available for delivery from Emporium.

Where in Emporium?

'Mad about juice' at the entrance to the supermarket. They also serve a selection of freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. They deliver daily to my house. Not cheap mind you but it is seriously hard work to do it yourself.

As I'm single for a few years now for the first time in 25 years I found myself living on TV dinners fast food and beer, beer being the most nutritious of my intake. After watching shows on Organic farming and factory farming I began my new hobbie. I've been learning to cook with some help from female friends. I look for food that is without chemicals and additives if possible , lol And also food that is grown in Organic soil that produces a PLant with substance. I find eating better quality food has been making me feel better. I take some vitamins but well grown food is full of vitamins.

Also Guiness is a very nutritious beer. Its full of vitamins and minerals!!!!!I am told it is actually a food group in Ireland and is full of life giving mood inhancing goodness, at least untill you wake up. Coffee in the morning to take the edge off my guiness buzz and I'm one energitic fellow ( til dinner when I need another coffee supplement )

I also have some appetite supplements that your gardener friend can help you with  time for more supplement :P

Well it all depends what you call hard work - I have never ironed a shirt.

However, first you have to grow the wheat grass which takes 7 days. So you need 7 trays of wheatgrass with a cutting and planting of the stuff each day.

Secondly you need a specialist juicer because the wheatgrass is so tough. Wheatgrass will chew up a normal juicer in a matter of weeks. 'Mad about juice' has one juicer for the wheat grass and another for other juicers. To the best of my knowledge you would need to import one to Thailand at a cost of about

US$2000.

Now of course this can all be done by the maid but given that a 'shot' of wheatgrass is Bt70/a go delivered to the door, it hardly seems worth the hassle.

Every morning i make a smoothie using 1tsp turmeric,2 tsp cinnamon powder,1 tbsp grated ginger,2 tbsp of ground linseed, 1 yakult,4 kinds of fruit (mango, banana, strawberries, kiwi usually) and some tropicana juice (prefer pink grapefruit and sanguinello orange ).Stuffed all into food processor (remembering to put lid on tightly...as repainting of kitchen ceiling not currently desired).Voila... the ultimate anti oxidant

Those veggie juices taste f++king gross. :P .Best just make yourself a soup or buy those decent ready made ones,

Last important question, you do not charge more if you are a virgin, right?
