I'm alot like PeeMark . . . there's been so many I couldn't poosibly list them all.

But I think my favorite was Boston . . . back in 1972. I saw them at The Paladium in Rocky Point, Rhode Island. They rocked!!!

Also of note was Cream . . . during their last concert tour. Every one of their songs lasted 20+ minutes with large solos from Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker!!

That night Flea was naked backstage. Doing jumping jacks and playing tag with us. It was a blast. Actually RHCP was one of the most well behaved bands I have met.. very coooool. Something about artists being naked backstage was not something I was looking forward too

As for Ash. we were not ready for that one. The venue was way to small because the the promoter really didn't think ASH would sell. Dance Fever with 1,000 pax was like fish in a can. really hot, sweaty and smelly. Bad choice for a venue but the vibe was happening. Nevertheless, the band put on a great show..

My favorite rock concert was was RHCP and also Oasis. My favorite pop artist was Mariah Carey. As chubble as she was when she performed BKK she could carry a tune flawlessly 8)

Red Hot Chiili Peppers back in 10th December 2002 / Impact Arena

love Flea.... but that night he didn't naked, shame.

Ash - Dance Fever, Bangkok

Best Concert = Rush 'Roll the Bones' tour at Wembley arena

Most disappointing= Santana Bangkok...should have stayed at home and put their cd on..more lively

Most Embarrasing = Five star Royal Nottingham concert hall...dragged there by my girlfriend....sitting there surrounded by screaming teenage girls, stuffing myself with free crunchie bars that were handed out by the sponsors..boy was i sick that night.

Miles Davis, Paris 1989. You just felt that you were witnessing history in the making... And what a stellar lineup of musician.... Wow!

I also remember an interesting Public Enemy show in DC, circa 1990. I must have been the only caucasian guy in the crowd and I still wonder to this day how I made it out alive. Never saw music taken to a political level with so much success since.

that's just a small selection from a longer list; have not included any gigs I was working at, as invariably I would never catch a full show.

Impossible to choose just one favourite, or even a short list of 3, but these are ones that really stand out. Have also only gone for 'live' gigs, as if I included DJ's the list would be endless!!

:D
