smartass
that you could be content and genuinely happy but yet ,materialistically, have nothing. It was a real big eye opener. Like one of breakofdawning's journals about "Pu Yen" (Grandpa Yen)...He's *very* old if I'm not wrong then 80+++...and he is poor and earn little money to survive day by day. But he is content with his life and his living. He doesn't accept others' help, instead offering help. Anyway, I still want Canon 350D and a mini ipod. :? [Oy be an average materialist who's into photography and cannot live without music.]

robbie36
September 14th 2001 ? National Prayer Day ? following 3 days after 9/11. The day that America stood still and President Bush, pastors and prelates, people of disparate and incompatible faiths, united in homage to the very force that created the disaster in the first place. steevolution
After watching countless disaster movies and thinking I'd be that hero guy, having to sit halfway up a mountain wondering if we were high enough to be safe from any 2nd waves, not wading thru the wreckage trying to make sure my mates were safe. takes a good measure of guts to admit this. Mother Nature will humble any mothr f**kr, you play with her long enough. get humble or she'll kill you.
