Its been so long since I been on TF or my Xanga site and blogged, I almost forgot how much I loved it. I was looking at all my old post and remembered that I used to take a lot of photos. Almost every entry had some kind of picture that I took from that day. This is when blogging circles back and makes you realize why you started in the first place. I have pictures that I forgot I even took and some that I was amazed to see again!Here are some random pictures.
Thanks for all of your collective concern. Yoma is now at 110%. We've been back at rollerblading for over a week now (with a new collar), and he is EXTREMELY scared of cars/trucks now...a very good thing. My friend took a pic of him the other day with his favorite hat on. It's the hat with which we use to scoop his dry food everyday so you can see him drooling on the floor...yum.Yoma tips his hat to TF'ers for all of your thoughts and prayers.
He's not...heavy...at all.

라오의 지방에선 새벽 5시부터 일상이 바쁘게 시작된다. 모녀는 함께 아침을 준비하며, 그리고 딸들은 여명이 밝기도 전인 이 시간부터 틈틈히 무엇인가를 짜기도 하며..
어젯 밤 내가 자는 사이, 낚시를 나간 아버지가 잡은 생선, 개구리, 소라 등이 아침의 반찬으로 준비되고 있다.
집 앞 공동 세면장 주변 주민들이 하나 하나 등장하기 시작한다.
그 래도 이 마을은 전기도 들어오고, 나름 부유한 부촌(?)이라 생필품 공급엔 큰 문제가 없을 듯 하지만.. 주민이 가져온 세면 바구니의 칫솔 일부는 벌어지고 심각하게 헤어져 있다. 하물며 전기도 들어오지 않는 많은 인도차이나 지방 마을의 아해들이 제대로 된 칫솔을 쓰고 있다고는 생각하기 힘들다.

After 6 yrs, it is time to leave Thailand. Told me now ex boss to shove his job, and have pretty much finalised negotiating a new job which will see me leaving Thailand and moving to France. Will no doubt be back, as a tourist, and although some things I will really not miss (corrupt a**hole police - i been stopped 4 times in the last 2 months for NOTHING) - there are obviously things that I will miss an awful lot. Belly dancing instructor gave me a comment (complement) that my body got firmed and me look slimmer. Actually, I also lost some kg weight.

It was a sunny day today as well as a Tuesday. The day that the Asian store in town got a delivery of many fresh vegetable (as fresh as it can be) from the other side of the world. So my bf drove to town and to see if we could get any vegetable from Thailand. The one vegetable that we don't find often over here is holy basil leaves. But surprisingly there was one pack available in the store today. As I was picking the leaves to prepare for the cooking, the smell of the leaves reminded me so much
