after my mission completed.... our group agree to have lunch ASAP...we choose this restaurant "Pho 2000" because it's very near (actually in front of) the market we wanna go...DSC06268a.jpg... a roundabout please dont ask me where i am or what this place is called... i really have no idea! Next time is you can pull yourself away from the food get to the War Museum which has many pics (they also have an agent orange exhibition if one wants to see the effects of the war), lovely old Botanical gardens with the History Museum and Ho Chi Minh Museum on the south side of the river.

There are also at least 6 temples worth visting in the City, one of which is know as the fertility temple and visted by women trying to get pregnant. I went there but never fell pregnant afterwards!;)

i would love to visit museum(s)... but it would take time... then better next trip...

i visited 2 temples... 1 chinese style and 1 vietnamese style... i will show in the next journal... i'm not sure which temple known as the fertility temple... ok i will set plan since now... i will go there right after i get married (and ready to have baby)... ooooor i dont need that?! : )

What were the NON-oranges? did you try them?

And where do you women put all this food? BTW I like the Roll too,

so Bushi and I will have to go on seperate trips!! :))

umm that food looks good...the crab looks extra good I love fresh crab meat in dishes..yummy,yummy makes my mouth water.....did you try the orange fruit? im curious to hear what did it tasted like or what it reminded you of....I know you said it wasn't an orange but the orange -- supposedly originated in that neck of the woods china,india, southeast asia...those pictures were excellent...once again I enjoyed your journal..thx for sharing triple A.. enjoy your work week...
