I saw this sign at Nazareth (Israel) So I took the picture.

As for me Im Buddhist, the way I learned Buddhism was to be accepting of religious differences, he(Buddha) do no care what religion u choose to believe,

next day u posted the same pic and now Dave has gone off on an abusive rant on FB linked to this forum .... and if that's what he thinks about ppl then he shouldn't f**king bother talking to them when he meets them in real life .... 2 faced is the phrase that springs to mind .... also in said rant he says "i reminded unny she had this picture" ... so take from that what u want !!!

Poor comparison, Nazareth... Muslims went from 40 percent of the population in 1946 to 60 percent in 1983, as it was NOT a Muslim majority for the past 3000 years we can cut a little slack. Become better informed. NYC was attacked by that poison, Corboba means to conquer, and that is why people were pissed about it.

For the record, ANY building of NYC which had a piece of what came down in 9/11 is considered ground zero. The Cordoba project is opposite a ground Zero building and a few blocks away from the main ground zero sites. They could choose a better place. Maybe they should build a Synagogue next to a place where Jews attacked Muslims. Sounds silly doesn't it.

CorDoba is the name of a Spanish city conquered by Muslims - the inference being that they would name the building after a military victory over the Spanish Christians.

Corboba means nothing... it's the name of one of the animals playing in the band in the Star Wars cafe.
