Who is Koi?

Koi = Feixuan = Interesting reading, both in the hard cover and soft cover editions

Hey, forgot to mention one book I finished before the stuff on my last post.

The Right Stuff by Tom Wolfe. Long, and Wolfe's use of exclamation marks!!!! is annoying!!!! but if you're interested in the development of the space program, you'll like it. I'd give it a double thumbs up. :P

1421-The Year China Discovered America.

by Gavin Menzies

The title pretty much sums it up. A book that rewrites history.

But did you know that between 1421-1423 a Chinese expedition lead by Admiral Zheng He also discovered Australia, South America and Antartica and were the first to round the Cape of Good Hope some 80 years before Columbus arrived in America. They may have dining manners that would make a pig blush, but those slinky chinkies are smart cookies.

just finished the evolution of desire by david buss.

if you've ever been curious about the strange world of human mating behavior, and how it got that way, this book is worth checking out.

it will confirm many things you know, and many things you dont want to know. and there are a few things most people will find surprising.

there are a lot of books on the subject lately but this guy is one of the ones actually doing the research, and it's a good read.
