62 sqm = 2 B+ 2 B with 2 Air conditions/TV LCD 32?/Built-in kitchen & closets. Near BTS Phakanong (400m), close to Main Road Sukhumvit 71.

Construction will be completed by end of 2009. Zenith@Sukhumvit 71project.

I hardly go out and I never take a trip anywhere due to save for down payment, since I?ve bought this condo.

Three weeks ago I went to the bank asked how much could I get loan, just a rough info. The bank teller said she could loan me only 1.9 M. calculated by base salary. I know I can?t afford this coz the price is not 1.9M, but I bought it because I?ve planned that one day in future Mr. Mole would help me out to build family together. that is just my one-sided thought and idea, since he never said a word when I talked about condo and things. He just smiles and lightly chuckling, which mean ?keep dreaming?. I thought I was too immature to read and understood the sign he gave me, but misinterpreted instead.

I drew a beautiful lines and colorings my plan, but for Mr. Mole it was stupid plan. When I waked up from the sweetest dream in Nov 2008 with severe broken hearted and in early 2009 it was recovered period. I realized I?ve done something over my power, which I shouldn?t do it from the first start. Again I took sleeping pills every night and can?t eat, sleep. I was vomits but nothing comes out. My eyes look as if a panda bear. This experience is cost me insanely and mentality, which happen again and again from the same person. I?m just a human, and human?s error is normal.

Anyway, since my plan is failure I wanted to sell this condo for 3.5 M. I don?t want to make a profit coz economic crisis, and I can show you the actual room any time from 9 AM-6 PM on Saturday next month or the month after. If this?. interesting to you please do not hesitated to PM me.

If it's a popular development, and as it's close to completion, maybe you can find someone to take over your booking and pay you what you have paid so far...or even a little more. people are keen to get into a new development without the long wait for it to be built. Make enquiries with the developer
