The Hangover is just awesome!

I seconded this. It's just awesome from the beginning to the end.

Especially in the end !!!

gosh i missed that Disneyland for adults.

Felt in love with the fancy asian.. but the german dubbing voice killed his role.

coming to a cinema near you soon due out in 2010

the three stooges.

Farrelly brothers Casting change

In one of the most bizarre casting revelations in recent Hollywood memory, MGM and the Farrelly brothers are closing in on the actors who will become the new Three Stooges. And their choices to play the updated versions of three impetuous nitwits who whack each other over the head with lead pipes? Oscar-winning actors Sean Penn and Benicio del Toro, along with Golden Globe winner Jim Carrey.

the latest however they may replace sean penn with paul giamati

Talking about Penn, i just watched him in 'Milk'. Although i felt like i wanted to yack during all the man on man slap and tickle you gotta hand it to Penn, he delivered a fantastic performance.

Oh he dies at the end... oops

why did you have to go n ruin it for me dayum

no doubt about it Penn is good si6

I think he gets underrated a lot because of his political stuff - not that I agree or dissagree with them but some people cannot get pass it..

same thing happend to marlon brando both great actors of our time in my oppinion. they can take a otherwise b movie and lift it up to an a+ I saw an old movie with brando in it very low budget all acting called sayonara 1957 had garner, red buttons, ricardo montalban in it..so good my eyes were glued to the tv set.

Caught Hangover last night and it has some good, cheap laughs.

Lots of **** and bum (guy) shots so don't take the prudish. For those in Thailand, only a BJ given by an elderly woman in an elevator is pixelled..... I was actually quite glad about that.

(I have heard on the filmakers grapevine that some of the photos at the end of the movie were based on what took place at Admin's Bachelor Party? )

  • 3 weeks later...

Caught Bandslam the other night which was an unexpected surprise with a good script, insightful music history refs, some great ska music and a nice coming of age love story that reminds you of that excitment in the belly you had during your first love. :)

Light and fluffy but with some meaning. Worth a look.

I just watched Charlie Wilson's War (about the covert dealings in Afghanistan during the cold war).... Not really into all that American self promotion but if this film was accurate then truly an amazing story. Acting off the chart from Hanks and Roberts but Philip Hoffman stole the show as a crusty CIA agent, Gust Avrakotos......

Worth a watch just for Hoffman's performance.

Just watched District9 with the missus.. very enjoyable and not ruined by HBO's movie spot or trailer spoilers.

Shame everyone dies at the end though.

yea, it was a bit of a different sci-fi wasn't it? I enjoyed it too -- my girlfriend didn't get it tho...lol.. yes everybody, but without giving away the movie -- but remember the 3 years thing and the showing of the prawn at the end of the flick?
