Christian Arthur Richard, 54 years old, long term English expatriate resides on Pratumthani district with Thai wife, Duangjan Lomsanoi, arrested on February 4th around 11.30pm in Elizabeth Hotel, Phayathai, Bangkok, among 26 others including Europeans and Asians 13 foreign males, 10 Thai 3 Foreign females. By surprise, Thai police arrested a swinging party during the act, unclothed tourists were found as among evidence were luggages, used and unused condoms and a box of viagra, illegal drugs, food and alcohol at the scene. The party was one of many organized as sex tours by an online company advertised on a website bangkok.craigslist inviting tourists as a group for the cost of 3,000 baht each.
