I have been at my company (high tech industry in Silicon Valley) for over 10 years. Though it has been a great 10 years, some 'downs' but mostly 'ups', I am feeling like it is time to go to find the next challenge. So I am ready to 'move on' to something new.
I really have been looking to make a move for the last 16 months. Talking to people, getting referrals, and interviewing. These interviews are crazy, I feel like I should be on a psychiatrist's couch on some of them. I remember one job
Hi I have been on this site now since mid 2005 and for the most part it's been fun I have met some really nice people here both here in Melbourne and in Thailand mainly Phuket!!!!!
This year hasn't been good for me I lost my job due to health reasons (Bilateral Lateral Epicondylitis) a disc bulge @ L5 S1 and the early beginnings of Osteoarthritis in my left knee and right knee!!!!! To say it's been frustrating is an understatement!!!!!!
I first went to Thailand in 1992 and again in 1998, 200

Never say "I love you", if you really don't care
Never talk about "feeling", if they aren't really there
Never hold my hand, if you gonna break my heart
Never say "I am going to..", if you don't have a plan to start
Never look into my eyes, if all you do is lie
Never say "hi", if you really mean "goodbye"
If you really mean forever, then say you will try
Never say "forever", cause forever makes me cry.
Here's Part I of the wedding photos. This is from the actual ceremony up in Phetchabun and I'll be posting the photos from the reception as soon as they all get uploaded (which might take awhile so maybe after I get back to LA).
This post is inspired by Rob's and is also about adjusting life back in America but with the added twist of coming back to Thailand for holiday.
I don't think I had the problems adjusting that Rob did. We've probably been out of the US for the same amount of time but his time was here in Thailand and I spent about half of the time in Europe before coming to Thailand. I sort of got used to a nomadic existence. Never owning more than I could pack in some suitcases and be off to somewhere els
So I’ve been back in the states for 3 months. Honestly, it feels as if I’ve been back for at least a year already. Against my own selfish wishes, I came here mostly for Jasmine. As strong as I know I am, it hasn’t been easy. On the same note, it hasn’t been that hard. My family and close friends are just a few hours away, and they have really helped during this huge transition.
Once I knew that I was returning here for sure, I began mentally preparing both Jeab and myself as much as I
I just wanted to send out a big congrats to Bill and Ked as they just tied the knot.
When they first started dating, I had no faith in it working out. I think Bill made it a point to prove me wrong, and look at them today! I must admit that I was very wrong, and they have turned out to be a great couple. Su su!
Congrats to the newlyweds. Nothing but the best for you two! See you in the USA soon.
Fortunately when I came back to Thailand my old 12Call mobile number was still active and I just popped in my SIM and was ready to go. I needed to get an internet package on the line so they didn't rape me on the access charges so I went to Telewiz in Emporium and paid 380 baht for 1GB of data and was on my way.
Shortly after activating the internet package I started getting tons and tons of SMS spam from 12Call. Every 10 or 20 minutes I was getting a new SMS in Thai offering me some sort of

Well it's been a long time since I posted on good ole tf. I'm keeping busy in NYC and having fun. However one reason I haven't been on as much is the formt change in tf and it's associated metadata (web info used by search engines and other things I'm guessing of course). I guess this has changed because often TF is now blocked as a dating site not even a social networking site! In some contracts I work in senstive areas where no outside laptops can be used and web access is restricted HEAVILY
Wont embed the videos so you will have to follow the links.
Was watching a documentary on British Pathe and they showed some old footage of Thailand/Siam. There is some videos of Prince Bira (Thailand's only Formula One driver to date) as well as footage of His Majesty's world tour and lots of other gems.
Here's the link to the search results for Thailand;

Rebel Without A Cause - Rare Brando - Screen Test
Funny the other day I was watching Rebel Without A Cause
starring: James Dean, Natalie Wood and Dennis Hopper.. Oh yeah I forgot to also mention the dude that played Thurston Howell the III and Mr. Magoo. Jim Backus. If you haven't seen the classic. Rebel is well worth sitting through and watching.
The other day on Youtube, I stumbled on this old Brando screen test.
Watching the screen test, it gave me food for thought. IMHO Brando could h
Greeting on a Sunday evening. It's been a really hectic week for me. I was called back from Pattaya on a Tuesday night. Booked into a hotel room and went to the office. Things are getting much more hectic at work as I learn more about my job responsibility and the year end is approaching. Not only that I'm juggling my time to chase up arrangements for the wedding, doing more research on smaller details and even trying to find replacement for some ideas that aren't practical.
As much as I am ge
