Watched From Paris with love last week, was pretty good. An easy to watch film, fun and action..

Tv wise, Ive been watching Season 8 of Family Guy, a definite return to form.

The new lost (first 2 eps were pretty weak, the 3rd episode was dam good), next up, I gotta catch up on heroes.

Just watched the weirdest animation movie, produced by Tim Burton, which says a lot. Quite good though..

Called 9, it is about nine, what can only be described as rag doll creatures, living in a post apocalyptic word, with shades of Terminator, War of the World, Lara Croft, the rise of Hitler.

There is even nod to Star Trek: Voyager, with 7 of 9 being a woman.

Unstoppable - should be renamed Unwatchable

Dreary.

I often find real life stories are boring. Even 'based on true events' aren't as interesting as 'out of the messed-up, drug-filled imagination of a screen writer'.

So... a train starts moving. One guy can jog alongside it and climb in... but he doesn't.

Later there's a train in front of it trying to slow it down while another guy is lowered from a helicopter. Sorry... Why isn't he stepping over from the front train to the back train? Who thought a helicopter would be easier than an eight inch step?

And later... Denzel Washington shouts, "I can't jump across the gap!!!"... But everyone is thinking, "So use the two ladders that are clearly visible, dickhead."

I spent the whole movie asking 'Why?' and thinking, 'C'mon... I can do that.'
