I decided to getting myself engage with something seriously, but I could not make decision which shall I go for between yoga and salsa (dance)

As everybody knows that both activities are good for your body and mind, the outcome would not be different but the procedure does :D

Basically, i have been 'involved' with those activities for many years already but its just so like when you are in a relationship with someone. If you dont pay attention to much enough, spend time with him/her, express your feeling care ( etc ) your relationship with him/her may go nowhere or even gone else where.

This time, I think I will choose one that suit me best and give it my all (time, attention, money and some passion ). I searched from internet and made few calls with both yoga studio (Justin) and salsa studio (Licardo). And now they both put me in tough dilemma LOL

More info. Yoga..you can relax your body, calm your mind, practise in quiet ambrient, do by your own yet sometime boring .

Salsa dance : a lot of action , music and fun, but you have to socialize and have dance partner.

Only which one shall i go for ... Justin or Licardo ? Oops ! I mean yoga or salsa latin dancing ?

hmmm I would love to go for Salsa... my problem is about finding dancing partner, no guys wanna dance with me but I don't think it's hard to find a partner for you na...

I tried yoga I just didn't enjoy it that much. I still like belly dance and wanna go back to try hiphop again.

For yoga class, let try to wait many deals websites (Ensogo, Dealdidi, ThaiCityDeals, DealThailand) offer you very special cost. Normally it's about 990 THB/10 times in many institutes such as Absolute Yoga, Pure Suthee Yoga, True Fitness Yoga

Why don't you try the free Chinese buffet at Sportsman bar tomorrow, then you can try both yoga and salsa at the same time.....Well I'm sure that's what Sue was doing last week with lee Shamrock!

I took salsa class with Ricardo before and it was so much fun , problem was that you have to always have a man with you coz your girlfriends can't help very much since the dance is so sexy thus everyone wants to do the lady part ! but now when I have a man of my own I don't go to salsa often because of too many single women lol. Anyway , I noticed that all good looking guy wouldn't attend salsa class but old,gay and professional dancers!! btw,hot yoga is best . Have fun ka

Ahh... right ...he is RRRRRRRicarrDOOO !

I more likely to go for yoga which i actually do it every Wed at my gym. They provided 3 classes per week but I attend beginner one, and I would like to do more on weekend ( appointment with Justin have been made ). Also I have attended various salsa classes before and once tried intermediate level, as said, salsa requires a lot of actions which i already have already in my routine life style lol.. I would like to sit breath and .....err..yoga (and may sneak to RRRRRRRRRRicardoooo once in awhile)

I learnt salsa in London for a few months and really enjoyed it. It is a great way to meet new people and get fit also. I stopped at the advanced class when the steps got really hard but I just need constant practice. Many guys like dancing. You have to look for them though I am not sure about Thailand. I don't think I should really get into belly dancing - I might scare some people. There's not much going on in Ramkhamhaeng. I must look elsewhere.

Depends in your personality. If you are more of an introvert, then go for yoga. If more of an extrovert, go for salsa. Assuming that you will want to choose only one, then go for the one which suits your personality the best cos at the end of the day, a good hobby best in line with your personality type can provide a lovely haven to retreat to in times of emotional crisis.

True some guys like dancing but I don't have any guy friends nor gay friends love to dance... so that's why it's really hard for me to find them, what if I join but everyone has couple? or no guys in the class wanna be my dancing partner, I would feel terrible haha.

I saw a salsa dance school in Silom soi 8, it's a small school but interesting.

and if you like salsa, just go to Elephin coffee shop every Sunday, around 3 PM.
