But is it not just women that cut, as I remember a story 2 yrs ago when a guy in the north, Chiang Mai I think, caught two teenage boys trying to break into his house. He somehow captured them, tied them up in his house and cut of their penises. Then he threw the penises in a klong! That will keep a generation of teenage boys in the area from thinking about breaking into a house. Not sure what happened to him or the boys but pretty nasty stuff.
